With each new order, we do our best to ship your order in a timely manner. Currently, the majority of orders placed will be shipped out on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Due to many of our products being handcrafted, it may take 5 to 15 business days for your order to be shipped. Custom orders may take longer. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
We do not count Sundays and holidays as business days.
We ship most orders via the United States Post Office (USPS) Priority Mail. We may go through a different shipping agent of our choice depending on the size of the order. See the chart below for more details.
Priority Mail usually delivers in 1 to 3 business days based on where your package starts and where it’s being sent.

At this time, we do not ship anywhere outside the USA.
PICKUP AND DELIVERY
Currently, we only offer pick up or delivery to known family members and friends. You must be a friend or a family member at the time your order is placed in order to qualify. If you are not a friend or family member, your order will not be fulfilled until the remaining shipping balance is paid in full. Once your shipping balance is paid and your mailing address is provided, your order will be shipped to you. If you qualify for pickup, we will contact you via email or by the phone number you provide at checkout once your order is ready.
We do our best to make sure our product inventory information is current. We will notify you directly in the event that a product’s availability changes. Please contact us if you have any questions. We’d be happy to clear them up.
NOTE: Depending on the time of year, certain items may not be available for shipping. We take quality seriously and would hate for our customers to receive merchandise damaged by heat or cold during shipping.
All prices are in US dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices, and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we must reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.
We do not offer price adjustments on shipping charges or when a sale applies to an entire order. Price adjustments are only given for when specific products or a specific group of products on sale.
Sometimes we offer discount codes for sales. These codes do not apply towards shipping unless the code description specifically states so.
Whenever possible we use recycled shipping supplies such as packing peanuts, packing paper, etc.
