Candles are sensitive, it's just their nature. We believe the unique properties of candles are part of what makes them such a great product.

Storage 

It’s best to store them between 65ºF and 75ºF. Be sure not to leave our candles warm places like a car or room with unregulated temperature for an extended period of time (especially on hot days) as they may melt and even discolor. Extreme cold can cause cracking and separation. After long exposure to the cold, you should allow the candle to return to room temperature for at least 2 hours before burning it to reduce possible damage.

Don’t worry, it’s normal.

Over time your candles may discolor whether you have burned it or not. This is very common in soy wax candles, like ours. You may also notice that after burning a soy candle the top becomes rough and is no longer smooth. This is also normal. If you have any questions, please reach out to us.
